Lee King

Hi, this is Lee King and I have been collecting and playing music for close to 40yrs (how the years have flown by).

I have been extremely lucky to have had opportunities to perform as a Mobile Disc Jockey throughout the UK, worked on the London Sound System circuit, presented shows on community radio stations in North West London, plus I have previously held residencies at numerous bars and clubs in Hertfordshire and London. I have also been fortunate to DJ at events in Europe, The Caribbean and The United States.

The artists that have most inspired me during my years of DJing are Stevie Wonder, Phyllis Hyman, Chaka Khan and Marvin Gaye.

I have an intense energy and passion for all things musical and currently can be heard on SOUL GROOVE RADIO every Wednesday       8-10pm for my ‘Midweek Melee’ show and Friday 4-5pm for my ‘Drivetime’ show.
