My passion for the Blues, R&B, Soul, Funk and Jazz has been my musical choice since the early 50s.  Also playing my drums, the early Blues, R&B, and Soul instantly captured my heart.  In 58 my Band members gave me the nick name “Deacon”.  Soon Jazz and Funk completely took over with their soulful grooves.  I strongly believe “Gospel and the Blues” influenced all the other types of Music.

I am very “proud and excited” to be here and meet so many others that share the same passion for the Music I dearly love.
