Groovegenie aka Master G started djaying in the early 70s. He worked as a dinner & dance Dj before progressing to larger venues such as the Palais, Scamps, legendary Ad Lid between 1978 and the late 80s.
Groovegenie got his break on radio presenting a daily 80s funk show on Heatwave FM (by any means necessary). He also presenter shows on Hot FM (Leicester) and Power FM (Nottingham).
