When it comes to age it’s only a number though, I will say I am old enough to remember those great jazz funk records coming out, back in the 70’s and 80’s!  Born and raised in Essex, I have worked in the radio industry across Essex on FM, DAB and online for most of my adult life as well as I run my own mobile disco for 30 years. I decide a few years ago to take early retirement and concentrate on my radio career.
I’ve worked at several stations across Essex playing Pop and Gold, but always ended up as being the Soul Jock on the station. I moved into Soul Radio a few years ago and found I love presenting either in Mid-Morning or at Breakfast.

When I was approached by the management to join Soul Groove Radio, it took me about half a second to say YES! What an honour it is to work on the biggest Soul Station alongside so many talented presenters!
I’ll be with you Monday & Wednesday from 10am keeping your mid-morning going with a smile and on Thursday & Friday from 7am getting you out of the Door with some Soul in you Soul and hopefully with a smile on your face. There are loads of features on the show including “The No-Music Quiz” “I Bet he won’t play that on the Radio!” and of course the “Two’fers” along with the occasional interview and of course the very best in New Releases and prime back in the day “Bangers”
